Shipping

We use Australia Post next day express satchels so we can track your parcel.

Orders placed on a week day by 3pm, will be processed the same day, any orders after 3pm will be processed within next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please use an address that your parcel can be delivered to you personally or collection for your parcel will be from your nearest Post Office advised by Australia Post.

Shipping costs generated on the website are for postage within Australia only. For all international customers, please email us at beebopboutique@hotmail.com for a shipping quote. 

Returns

We are happy to exchange or credit the goods within 7 days if your not happy with your purchase. If we issue a credit note it will be valid for 3 months from the date it has been issued.

Returns should be returned new, unused and with the original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

A Return Authorisation number (RAN) should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then need to return the product within 7 days of receiving this number. Outside of these time frames a return may be accepted at the discretion of our management. All return packages must be received by us within 7 days of receiving the RAN number, other wise an exchange or credit note will not be granted.
